[Prophets] Minutes from October stated meeting

Hi Prophets,

Please review the attached minutes from the October 18 stated meeting.  The
next stated meeting is November 15 with Dinner at 6:30 pm.  There is also a
Monarchs Dinner at Charlies in Maumee on November 1 at 6:00 pm.
