[Prophets] Minutes and more

Hi Prophets,

We had another great steak dinner on Wednesday night, followed by our
stated meeting, and then some great fellowship afterward.  I want to
welcome our newly initiated prophet, Jordan Harris of Rubicon Lodge.

At the stated meeting we decided on a few important items. First, the
by-laws were voted on and will be submitted to the Supreme Council before
going to J & L for final approval. Second, it was decided that we are going
to postpone the 7-Act ceremonial scheduled for August until the spring of
2025. The final date will be announced in June after our delegation
attending the Supreme Council Annual Session in New Orleans returns.

Minutes and New By-Laws are attached.
