[Prophets] Minutes and More

Hi Prophets,

Attached are the minutes from our last meeting and dinner. A couple of
highlights:

   - Jerel Fish was installed as our Monarch for 2025
   - Matt Gloor has accepted the role of degree director
   - The 7 Act ceremonial is postponed while we reorganize. The prophets
   all agree we want to present an amazing degree and we need more time to do
   that.
   - We still have about 56 members in arrears with their dues. The Grotto
   officers will be making outbound communications to those prophets.

The next stated meeting is February 19 with dinner at 6 pm, we hope to see
you there!
