[Prophets] Minutes and More

Hi Prophets,

We had another amazing steak dinner and meeting last night.  Minutes are
attached. A couple of items to expand upon:

I am asking you to RSVP yes or no as it only takes a moment to fill out the
form. It helps me understand if these communications are reaching you, so
do a prophet a solid and fill out the form!

2. *Supreme Council is in Columbus this year*, starting on Monday, June 9
and running to Saturday, June 14 while the actual SC Session is Wednesday
evening at 6:30pm there is a ton of events going on leading up to
that, including a dinner at the OSU Stadium, Golf Outing, Dinner at the
Columbus Zoo, and more hospitality suites than you can shake a stick at, .

There is also a form to register our Grotto for various "contests" at the
event, do any of these look interesting?

3. One of the communications received was from the Grand Monarch asking
Grottoes to participate by *placing an ad in the Council Session Booklet*.
Costs range from $30 to $300. I have attached a link to the PDF form.  Take
a look at the ad sizes and bring your ideas to the April meeting as we will
not have a lot of time to submit any artwork.  The deadline is May 1:
